Not Happy at all right now Comcast. First of all your technician comes out says he can't put the service in because trees are in his way, but the trees he was asking me to cut did not seem to block him so he couldn't get me a temporary service. We are on a fixed limited income. We can no longer afford to have TV. Internet or our home phone. Our last bill is for over $227 a month. There is nothing that is worth paying that amount. My company has eight locations. Seven of them only have basic services (1 line/2 phones)The bill is around $115 per location. The HQ has more lines/phones or seats/extensions and internet service. The bill for this facility is around $500. Although the prices have been set, more or less, since we signed the contract in July 2015, for the past three-four months, we being overcharged for one of the locations, the Woodland location to be precise.... After 3 months of many calls and e-mails, I contacted Comcast Feedback and finally got one person do deal with. It still took her 4 weeks to resolve my issue, but I have the contract I was promised back in January, finally. I wish they could have resolved this sooner, as due to the time it took to follow up, hours of being put on hold, multiple calls and e-mails, I cannot recommend them. COMCAST your policy is UNFAIR for customers- As a customer I pay charges for the entire month, whether or not I use the services on a particular day I have to pay for the entire month. But when it comes to OUTAGE from comcast, you give credit adjustment equivalent to the duration of outage and not for the entire month!! Why? The special ended for my internet, new price went up 10$. Next month went 22$; with 2 months the rate doubled. . Called and all I get is the 10$ increase was for a 1 month special, and the 22$ was the new monthly rate (66.95$). Yet, when I called about the 10$ increase at the end of the special I was told that was going to be my new monthly rate(44.28$). And the internet speed is terrible. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. seriously they should stop serving people. They overcharged, hey change your services, offer you a nice package for an affordable price, the surprise: it doubled up for x and y reason. PissedConsumer should not require 100 word minimums! The following description of problem should suffice: Bait and Switch on prices and unable to port. First a $100 deposit is required despite my FICO in excess of 700. They do offer free installation of phone and internet with a $100 gift card.
