I can’t get emails!

According to the Wikipedia article, Xfinity is the trade name of Comcast Cable Communications, LLC. As stated at xfinity.com, to change the Comcast service in your apartment, you should contact the Xfinity agent and provide your account information. You should be able to reach out to them via live chat at xfinity.com/support/contact-us.

According to the Xfinity help section, if you need more time to pay your bill for Xfinity TV, Internet, Home or home phone services, you should follow these steps:
  • log into xfinity.com/myaccount;
  • select Billing, then Bill and Payment Settings;
  • click on Schedule a Payment;
  • go to Payment Date and choose a new due date.

According to Techwalla, to disable Comcast voicemail:
  • log in to the Digital Voice Center at the Comcast website;
  • select "Voice Mail" under the "Preferences" tab;
  • select how many times you want your telephone to ring before voice mail picks up the call;
  • save the new settings.

Please note Comcast customers may also contact the company over the phone to request the change.

If your TV doesn't have an ethernet cable, don't fret just yet. You can also connect your TV to the Internet using a wireless network connection, which comes as a built-in feature on many modern TV models. You can also contact Comcast customer service via love chat option.

how do i set up a "sent folder" for my comcast email account on my iphone?

my iphone email for comcast only shows: Inbox Drafts Trash how do i add a sent folder? I have sent an email from my phone and it shows no record of it.

It also does not show on my laptop version of being sent. How do i correct this?

Do you have your Comcast mail setup as IMAP or POP? If POP, the sent folder will not appear until you send an email. If IMAP, you should see your Comcast account in grey, tap on that and you should see your list of folders under that, including Inbox, Sent, Trash, etc., however you have folders listed in the IMAP account.

Comcast contractor digging holes all along my street, but nobody knows what's happening. I'm checking to see where the setbacks are. You're the most discourteous company.

How can phone numbers that are not working call your home?

904 287-**** 904 287-**** These are just two numbers, how is this possible? Is it scams or someone trying to access your internet info or what?

It’s annoyingly making me furious!!!!! Please DO NOT give my info to any other companies!!!!!!

According to the “How to Pair and Program Your Xfinity Voice Remote” article posted at xfinity.com, you can program your Xfinity Voice Remote to work with your TV and audio/video (AV) receiver, like a soundbar and other pieces of audio equipment.
If you have Xfinity X1 or Xfinity Flex, follow these steps to pair the remote with your TV Box:
  • Aim the Voice Remote at your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming TV Box, press the Microphone (Voice) button and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Press the A button on your remote;
  • Choose Remote Setup on your TV;
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once your Voice Remote is paired, follow the on-screen instructions to set up power, volume and input control for your TV and audio equipment.

According to XFINITY Support, you can use your Xfinity ID to manage multiple accounts through Xfinity My Account.
If the personal email address or mobile number you provide when creating your Xfinity ID or accepting an invitation to join an account is already on an existing profile, you’ll be prompted with the option to link your accounts or continue with creating a new profile.
  • Tap the Link accounts button and sign in with your existing Xfinity ID to have your accounts linked;
  • If you choose to link your accounts by signing in with your existing Xfinity ID, you’ll be taken to a confirmation screen that will ask you to choose which account you’d like to start managing. Tap the circle next to your desired service address, then tap Go to My Account to be signed into the specified account;
  • If you’d like to set a preferred account to view every time, check the box next to "Remember this selection next time I sign in." before tapping Go to My Account.

In addition, you can link additional accounts that don’t yet have an Xfinity ID to your Xfinity ID in My Account. On the Settings page, go to the Linked Accounts section of Account Details and select the Link Account option. You’ll be asked to provide information about the account you wish to link.

  1. Performance Starter is 20$ per month for 12 months with 1-Year Agreement.
  2. Performance Starter + Basic is 30$ per month for 12 months with 1-Year Agreement.
  3. Performance + Basic is 50$ per month for 12 months with 1-Year Agreement.

According to XFINITY Help, you may order new equipment. Please check out the options for rented equipment below:
  • Go to xfinity.com/equipmentupdate and follow the on-screen prompts to order new equipment;
  • Contact XFINITY Customer Support at (800) 266-2278 to place an order, ask questions or schedule a professional installation;
  • For TV Boxes, just use your own TV. Go to channel 1995 and follow the instructions to get a new TV Box shipped to your home;
  • You may also visit Xfinity Store or Comcast Service Center to exchange your existing equipment.

If you own equipment, please visit mydeviceinfo.xfinity.com to find compatible modems for your level of service.

I was told that my deleted shows would be kept for one year. Now I can only find the most recently deleted ones.

Where can I find the ones I deleted a few months ago?

Also, I don't understand why you charge for old reruns. I just seems silly that while we wait for a new season we can't watch reruns of the old ones for free?
