First thing the installers work order had us down for only one TV. When I signed I told the lady we had two.
The installer had to cancel his next appointment because he finished ours. I asked for my old phone # and still haven't got it and thats over two weeks ago. The installer left Xfinity bags and wrappers in my driveway and I had to pick them up before they blew into someone else's yard. No information package to give us to learn how to use the remote except verbal.
No TV show line up like I had from Direct TV, to show us the TV numbers. When I called its like pulling hens teeth to get thru to a person, that really sucks. If I had to do it over again I would not recommend them. When my contract is up, I will be dropping them.
If I don't get my old phone number I will drop them right away. They will have broken their contract as far as I am concerned.
