Pay more for HD receiver, dvr and channels, but can't watch them because of the CONSTANT pixation, sound cutting in and out and picture freezing. I've stopped having service come to the house, lose a day at work and they can't find the problem.
Tired of calling and running thru the trouble shooting BS and NOTHING!
Getting ready to give Direct TV another try, at least I knew what the problem was with them....weather, but it wasn't constant.
I understand this is a common widespread problem. If comcast does not resolve it, I assure you more customers will switch.
