I wish I could use someone other than Comcast, but I do not have a choice. Darn monopolies...
Bad customer service... very expensive ... poor quality of service and no refund on outage. Technicians are either very late or never show up for appointments.
I have been a customer for 5+ years and yet my service charges always go up. I have asked multiple times on help to reduce bill. I have internet + basic digital cable --- my bill is $156/month. I don't have phone, no DVR, no on demand, no HBO....!!!!
Totally frustrated and I wish I had a south or west facing condo to get Direct TV or Dish
