Just wondering why Comcast hires people in their customer service offices that have no degrees or knowledge of how to work with customers. Recently I learned a young lady from Mexico was hired at the Naperville, IL office, she started out with a work visa which later expired and was never renewed.

What is really unbelievable is that after her visa was expired she was promoted to a hire position. In addition an employee also at the Naperville, IL office was caught having sex with a female employee and is still working for that office. What gives with Comcast are they unable to find trust worthy people with degrees of any sort for their company. Whoever runs this company needs to do a through background on these people.

Start hiring qualified people that are from this country. I will never use Comcast until some changes are made in their hiring practices.

By the way the person having sexual relation while on the job one of the people who interview potential employees. An interviewer should not discriminate against potential employees because of their education and ethnic background because they fear for their own jobs.

The only bad thing about having sex with an employee is getting caught. Sounds like fun to me.


There is no "degree" for customer service. No company is going to hire people that "majored" in customer service because this is not a thing. It's a job that a lot of people do not want and they have to fill it one way or another.
