Do you guys ever check your drop box, i put my payment in there on 8/25/17 for 98.65. I just got my bill showing the past due for 98.65.
This seem to be a on going problem for you. I don't know if your trying to pad comcast pocketbook by charging a late fee when the payment is there. I've talked to other people who is going through the same problem with comcast that i have with you. Plus you drop channels but raise your prices.
What kind of *** is that.
I think its about time to part ways and go with at&t or direct. I hear they have much better service and offer so much more for the bucks.
