Comcast - Not getting what I am paying for.
I am paying a ridicules amount of money every month, for a service I don't receive.So I called Comcast because I rented a movie on xfinity and in the middle of watching this movie I got a note on my black screen.
It said lost connection to your X1 platform. My screen went black for 30 min. I called Comcast, was put 4 times in a waiting line and finally when someone picked up they hung up on me. This happened many more days.I even called many more days to update my new Cellphone # for my Security Home system and nobody ever answered.
Because of that today the police was arriving at my house. I tried to turn of the Alarm but I could not turn it of with my Pin.
What a waste of time and money.Stay away from Comcast, all promises but NO Service
Monetary Loss: $190.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
