I switched from another carrier to comcast - installation was last Thursday morning and I still cannot receive a phone call - if you call my number it appears we have been disconnected. I have called Comcast about 7 times to attempt to have this corrected and as of this moment, 11am on Monday I still have no phone servince. I live on the north side of Chicago and having a really difficult time understanding why comcast is still in business with this type of service.Everytime I call I am told this would be easy to fix but they still haven't done it.

Your lucky, I had no telephone service for 1 month when I switched over to comcast voice. Shoud have never left vonage.
