We have currently had three techs at our house In the last five days, three dinners disrupted, they got in my attic and had insulation on their shoes (made a mess).All three had a different solution to a problem they created, an upgrade for HBO and STARZ.

Finally we have tv service with no Internet and might I add we have talked to over five people by phone ourselves trying to troubleshoot. The last guy we just talked to told us WE need to take our modem and switch it! All Due to their problem which is now mine. If the problem isn't resolved soon, they can come get it all.

We pay over 2500 annually for this kind of service.Ridiculous!
