Comcast prices is extremely high....can only record 100 episodes because it gets full...when it updates, it takes 5 to 10 min to get a picture back, cable freezes at times...I wouldnt recommend Comcast to my worst enemy...I just gave up and dont bother calling Comcast because nothing changes. Comcast just cares about getting their $ every month and boy is the cable bill high as heck.

I noticed by me calling Comcast complaining about the service and how high the price is, they just don't care...I just don't bother anymore. It's just not worth it.

Comcast isn't going to change. Fios is not available in my area so basically I am stuck with Comcast until then since other companies are worse.

Comcast Xfinity still freezes and at a certain hour, it takes approximately between 5-8 min to complete the upgrade. Price is still ridiculously high.

Since I have a contract with Comcast for a year, I can't really do nothing. I wish Fios was in my area.

My bill with Comcast has been around $65 monthly. I hve been a subscriber since 2008. This month Comcast took my automatic payment but they took $104. I was never notified. I am supposed to be on an e bill & I have never received one. I have given them the e mail address I use several times. I spoke with someo e who could barely speak & much less comprehend English. I finally got someone named Chris. I explained what had transpired & he assured me it wpuld be corrected & I would be refunded the difference by credit. I said I wanted the money put back into my account i. 3-5 days. Of voyrse that never occured. Did a live chat with MaCecelia, that went no where. I called again and spoke with Joe. I told Joe I waould like to speak with an American as he was having difficulty understanding me. I have never been treated so rudely. "Joe" began speaking to another enployee in Spanish about the "white" woman on the phone & making disparaging remarks. I quickly chastised him in Spanish for making such comments about a customer. Some lady who spoke better English informed me I was credited $13 on my next bill. I am done with Comcast & will actively looking for another provider.

Comcast is full of ***. I'm paying over $200 a month. They claim they reset the box between 2 AM and 3 AM. That's inconvenient to me. My TV freezes and I have to get up unplug the box to reset it. And they tell me I can get a discount for this inconvenience. They say is mandatory. They told me I can go back to the old boxes and that their solution. What do you Think? Comcast is full of ***!

The Ultimate cheater | Comcast review from Raritan, New Jersey

We purchased a new internet connection from COMCAST, and from the very 1st day, it was not working. After a several calls to customer care, they told that they will send the technicians, and if their materials are defective then they will not charge. But they charged for changing the modem, and other stuff along with 60$ for the technicians, so total 116$, without any reason!! It goes to around 2 months rental for their service. So with their monopoly business in US they are really cheating people.

23 years as a Comcast customer and I still cannot get a straight answer as to why the Yes network was dropped or if there is an alternate way to watch my NY Yankees baseball? As i do not want to dump them I inquired about MLB and was still unable to get one straight answer or a price that made sense. Ads there are many fans affected why is the dollar more important then keeping long time customers happy and able to watch the shows they find desirable Shame on you!!!

Comcast has provided adequate internet service for years. In order to get Nomorobo, we switched phone service to comcast as well. SURE ENOUGH, service sucks. Technician didn't finish the installation, we got a fake repair date two days later, he didn't show up, and the phone service person we called 6 hours later was not smart enough to understand the problem. We knew Comcast had a *** REPUTATION and now we are adding our voices to it. Further updates as events warrant.
