Comsast in Pine Hill, NJ – worst customer service EVER! We’ve been using the service since March, 2016 with a modem we bought from Best Buy. Everything was fine until last week. The internet and TV has been cutting off every couple hours for several hours. We had countless calls with Comcast, who blamed everything on the modem (they said it’s because it’s not theirs), with the modem manufacturer, who could not help us either because they couldn’t establish the connection with the modem. After all those calls, we went to a Comcast office and got a modem from them and paid for the additional service. After the activation, it did not solve the problem. We called Comcast again, and after they couldn’t see the modem in the network, we requested a tech to come check everything. The next available appointment is in 8 days (!!!). Are you kidding me?! Why do you expect us to pay for your *** service or its absence for those 8 days??? Then I saw a Comcast tech coming to my neighbors (what a coincidence!) and asked him if he knows anything about service issues or why this has been happening. He said, the location we got the modem from, which is Turnersville, NJ, does not have the modems with the last software update, and that’s the reason it’s been acting up. He advised to go to Audubon or Cherry Hill and get an updated modem. So we made another trip to Turnersville to return the modem, then went to Audubon location and got another one. And guess what? It didn’t help either. Needless to say, we’re pissed off and hating to be Comcast customers. Can anybody tell me what is going on?!!

Comcast - I have had 2 years of screw ups and one letter to the FCC already.

Two years of badboxes. Over a year was charged for blast which I never had and found out on my own, otherwise I would still be charged for it. In exchange you gave me a free dvr box after you talked me into x one boxes, which are a joke. They do not work in Wildwood, NJ. Call to have a box reset because of power outage and then get charged for a new box. Call and get the bill fixed and then get a letter saying that they are going to charge me again. Call and get the bill fixed and at a certain rate and call back next month and it is changed by $30.00. Get a bundle and still it seems like they get your bill up each and every year that I stay with them, this is outrageous! This is why good customers that pay their bill at least 15 days ahead leave you for another company. I also had to have my password changed recently and now my internet is as slow as dial up.When I call about cable t.v, phone and internet, I have to speak and explain everything to at least 3 people about the problem. That and the fact that I want someone that speaks English.

Comcast - High Price

Started out with $89.95 for bundled service. Phone, TV and internet. Went to $139.95 then $189.95 now $209.95 WOW. VERY LITTLE COMPETITION IN MY ZIP CODE. When I called to see if their are reasonable alternatives, price wise, I was told no current promotions but they would discount my bill $5.00 per month but I have to agree to keeping the service for 24 months or pay a penalty. I DECLINED. This is just more of the same as companies get bigger and bigger with less and less competition. Also, in my opinion, very few upgrades and minimal maintenance to their system overall. If you do have a problem they will eventually get around to fixing it. Overall not a favorite company of mine.

Comcast - Worst costumer service

My bill went from $74.00 to $140.00 in 6 months. The bill the went to $171.00 a month for the same service. I called the company and They said they could not explained why the price went up. No new offers available and they say they did not care if i cancel my service with them. The representative could not answered my question and she talk about other things that i was not interested. I then spoke with a representative from solution who also stated he could not help me. I told him to transfer me to cancellation department because i did not wants they're services anymore. He put me on hold and five minutes later he hang up the call. The local office, 301 S. Main Rd, Vineland N.J are also poor in costumer service. If you stay in that office who will notice 4 of 5 costumers are to complaint and they walk away more upset than when they entered. They don't solve you problem and they act like they don't care. Without us they are nothing. I guess they are forgetting that.

Comcast - Phone & Internet is the worst

I have had issues for over six months with my phone & internet. Phones calls constantly drop off or I can't hear who is on the other line. I've been told constantly by Comcast that they is no issue with their service. Recently, I had Comcast monitor the line and found out that there is a bad underground line that ha s been causing my issues. They have still not fixed the problem and refuse to give me any substantial credit for the service issues. Since they are the only service I can get without putting a Dish on my roof I am stuck and know it. Avoid Comcast at all costs

Comcast - Ended my account without permission

They messed my account with a new costumer account , changed my plans, ended that, opened new one, did not tell me, i lost 2days trying to solve that but with no success.I lost my patient and they will lose a client and many more...Worst cable company EVER. I was put on hold for more than an hour, talked to more that 7 attendants, and NOBODY could solve that for me. As i said, worst company ever.....i do not know anything worst than Comcast. Ever death is better. I hope they lose all their clients so they learn how to respect a client.

Comcast gross billing errors & deceptive marketing

I signed up for the double play promotion service through Comcast Houston in June 2009. The promotion was for $24.95 bundle for internet service and free basic cable for 12 months. Since that time, I have received incorrect billing statements from Comcast charging me for upgraded services and equipment that I did not order or receive. I talked with several customer service reps who denied that the promotion even existed and told me that I would be charged a higher rate. I was also told that a supervisor had to review the account and call me back -- no one ever called me. Comcast sent a representative to my residence to retrieve equipment that we did not rent (modem and cable boxes) and he confirmed and made note that we did not have the equipment and that I should not be charged a higher rate for service that we were not receiving. Finally, I confirmed with a service rep that the promotion was valid and that the bill was $24.95 double play bundle for internet and free basic cable for 12 months with an additional $2.50 service protection plan and approximately $7.31 in taxes. After 6 months, Comcast finally agreed to credit my account for $300.48 but continued to bill me incorrectly for $46.80, an arbitrary amount. I again called Comcast to get the bill adjusted correctly and was told that the promotion was only for 6 months and that a supervisor was unavailable to talk to me and would call me back. Eleven months later this issue is still unresolved.
