We had Brad M. Ferrin as our client service Manager and it was the worst experience of my professional career. We switched carriers because of the terrible treatment and service from Brad Ferrin . Brad Ferrin lied to us from day one, he talks slick to get you to sign up for extra services then understates the actual fees charged to us. Brad Ferrin has severe mood swings and has yelled profanities at my staff over the phone and stood us up for scheduled meetings. Stay away from Comcast Business until,they get rid of Bradley Michael Ferrin.

Comcast lies , there customer service people are the worst. Tell me why have to speak to someone in some third world country that are hard to understand .Why don't they hire from the U.S.workforce . Why do I have to talk to a machine before I can speak to a real person , not that they are any help . I have been trying for 7 days to have a tech to my house I have been given promises but no one shows up. I hate Comcast/Xfinity.

I was told that Comcast is no longer gonna send out service interruption notices in which in the past they did , even gave u a date, so now u mean to tell us customers that we don't deserve a NOTICE! But you'll send us our bill. Any & EVERY COMPANY send out notices whether its ELECTRIC , GAS , etc, & yet STILL SEND A NOTICE & DATE OF SHUTTING OFF YOUR electric or gas, SO why can't Comcast do the same for their comcast customers!!

Just a warning to anyone with Comcast service that lives in a multiplex/ multi family house or apartment building. This company WILL use your name and information to go into their system and make changes on other joined accounts they create under one profile. A sales rep will have you sign something stating they can make changes on your account (of course telling you it is to be of assistance to you) and then go in and pick up extra boxes and add services to sell on the side under your info. Do NOT trust their sales people and don't sign anything.

Four months ago there was a billing error that has escalated - no thanks to their customer service. They are no help at all! The bill shows an incorrect balance and they expected me to know that it was incorrect! The bill shows $254 past due, and they said I only owe $10. They acknowledge that the bill is complicated and can take several months to correct. Why, oh why! Don't do business with Comcast!!! They insinuated that lack of understanding on my part was the problem and that they don't make mistakes. I pay my bills on time or early.

I got the basic package with internet. Internet is always lagging, and channels mind you i only got the base package which has *** channels anyways, but channels are doubled, and some always have problems. WPIX which is 254 is always messed up, just to name one. Its bad enough you guys suck in customer service, and problem fixing, *** internet, and now your channels are not working. Are you guys that desperate for a dollar that ya need to steal, and give us problems just to make us upgrade to more unwanted channels? That in my booknis called a leaching parasite unworthy of acknowledging.

Your online video player sucks. One HAS to use a system that runs silverlight. So I can't use my linux computer. I have only one windows computer that I HAVE to use to watch tv shows online. And I have my phone of course. There are waaaaay to many commercials. While its on a comercial I can't how long is left on the show. We pay a fortune please get a better video player. I have zero problems with Hulu

Comcast still hasn't put it's "temporary" line underground

21/2 months and I still have an above ground cable line from the pole to the house in our shore home which will have renters in it by next week. Customer service is staffed by nice enough folks that tell you what you want to hear, but they are completely incompetent when it comes to getting the job done. I finally gave up on them and began calling Corporate where I got to speak to the same individuals twice. Today called to see what was going on - I was told they tried to call me yesterday at both my phone numbers - WHICH I HAVE NO RECORD OF - so I'm back to square one. Spoke to Kimberly who seems to have some level of competence, so I'm crossing my fingers. COMCAST deserves every low rating is has. Aggressive sales force with very little focus on customer service once the sale is done. Would go out of my way not to use them again.
