On 4/9 I called comcast and complained cable lines to new neighbor connection all over my backyard. while i was gone they came out and flagged the area but disconnected my service!
when i returned I had no service and had to set jan appt of which theyonly do appts.with a 4 hr. window. Which meant I had to take leave from my job to be home in order to get it fixed because of carelessness of installers. I lost 4 hours of work and pay of which I had no fault.
Hopefully these complaints are read by the company.
This is the second time I have problems with the service.
