In January of 2016, I signed a two (2) year contract with Comcast for Triple play. I was on Double play prior to that but they encouraged me to move to Triple play by giving me a $20 service discount.

They told me my bill would be $149.99 for the 2 years and they even threw in HBO as an exticement. Now, in March of 2017, my bill is $208. When I called Comcast, they said, the 2 year contract was only for the $99 bundle and all my other charges were for Technology fees. In Jan 2016 my technology fee was $15.93 (Including the $20 service discount) Now my Technology fee is $67.84.

My only response from Comcast' customer solution team was "did you read the fine print. You are only guaranteed the "bundle" for 2 years...not the Technology fees" He actually said "Did you read the fine print" Below are my Comcast bills from Jan 2017 and March of 2017.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Comcast is the worst !!!! They did the same thing to me their representative told me my bill would be lower than it was before ...

they charged me for equipment I had turned in. As a result I cancelled my service with them and instead of giving me the credit I was due they sent me a final bill..

I refused to pay it because I didnt owe it so they put it on my credit..!!! I dont understand how they can get away with all they do.
