I stopped our service for in 2017.8, in Lisle, IL. And in the next 10 months and they keeping charging us.

My wife called them over 20 times and they kicked the ball around. And i have no clue how they ended up with to re-activating the account again and keeping charging us.

I had to call my credit card company to file a fraud; otherwise, they will keep charging us.

We have been their customs for 5 years and never miss a payment. How such a terrible company never gets punish by USA government?
