The people at Comcast Infinity are liars.

I have been paying for internet for over 5 years and the speed I was paying for was 150.

I am a businessman and had to do an important project from home and the meeting failed due to Comcast/Xfinity actual speed was 62 not 150 and I lost my client.

Comcast made an appointment for me the next day to replace the modem between 10 and 12 and they never showed up. I cancelled the family plans had and Comcast never showed up!

When I called and waited for 45 minutes on the phone they lied again and said the service man tried to call me which there is no need because they were to come to the house and never did and my phone was working just fine.

What a terrible company !!!!

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
