Comcast in Wyoming, Michigan - They suck at their only job

Our internet has gone down everyday for the past 4 days even after they sent out a technician, and I can only assume it will keep going down every day from now on

for the past 11 years I have lived at the house I live at now..ive had about 12 Comcast service tech guys here..my internet has kicked on and off,all day long,,Netflix half of the time could not even watch a movie..tring to do my work on my laptop..was frustraighting...half into my work and internet would say noo connection ...and everytime they would come out they would bring me a new internet box..didn't work..in the mean time..all this was going on.we didn't have another internet provider in out area..and Comcast new this...they raised my internet to 95.00 a month...just for internet..nothing else.. I cancelled my tv and phone service with them..cuz it was horrible as well...so finally midwest internet comes alone ...tells me the reason for my no internet connection is cuz..theres about 500 people that are sharing the same line..i was like what!!! that's why I was getting kicked off..and I ask comcast about this many times..they lied to me and said no...no one is sharing a internet line..and as talking with the people that live around me..there having the same problems...sooo we are all switching to Midwest..i heard they where great..and they have been here 3 times..getting my internet ready...I will have my own fiber line..and share with no one...oh and I pay 49..00 a month...well comcast looks like you have competition.. and I will never have your *** service again,,,

A tree is laying on comcast wires pulling them down 5 feet. Cable line laying in backyard. No service. Rude rep. Will not accept my calls now. Hole in garage roof cannot be repaired until resolved. Saying won't come til Sunday night. I can't get anyone to understand what the problem is so that they will come! I don't care about holiday. Why didn't they fix yesterday?

inter net hasn't been working right for long time been calling them they said they set up appointment for a tech guy to come out but when he didn't show i called again the lady said that there wasn't a tech showing up even tho they gave me a time and day when he was showing up after being on phone with the lady about 1/2hr she hung up on me.At this up comcast service blows and i wouldn't recommend this service. comcast makes you pay alot for service that isn't even working right. When you get there agents on the phone they say they make appointment and they don't then they hang up on you.

Comcast is the worst

Comcast is the worst internet provider I have EVER experienced. Service has been down for three weeks, ever since I was told to reset the router to get 75Mbps service. Spent three hours on chat and the phone trying to fix. Waited two weeks to get someone to come out and fix. Then Comcast tech calls at 5:30PM and says I have to pay $60 to fix because router should be moved but he's got to go somewhere else first. Also, he has me down for the wrong day even though I previously confirmed with Comcast. I say I'll call Comcast cust service about the fees since nobody mentioned that previously. Then the guy is a no-show after 2 hours waiting...told multiple times he'll be here....just keep waiting...nope, he's not coming...in fact, he closed ticket and said it was completed. My upload speed is 2.58Mbps; they sell service as 75Mbps. Does that sound completed to you? I call again, sit on hold again, explain entire problem again...can someone come out tomorrow morning since he missed today...sure, she says that's the least they can do...oh, wait,nope, sorry but I can take Friday off work and someone will come out between 1-5PM...oh, but she'll give me a $20 credit because of the no show, what a joke. End result, my husband replaced Comcast router and cabling...Comcast can just kick back and relax.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FCC regarding my poor service. I am suggesting that you do the same. Also please take the time to contact the executives for customer service via email with these addresses.

They claim they have the fastest internet when they don't. My internet is so slow and eveytime i call i get the same bs "Well there is some maintenance going on with the servers" lol "maintenance" so what it takes them 3 weeks to fix a "server" i'm not buying it one bit. And not only that but the coustmer representatives are dumb you ask them a simple question and they can't answer it. When i was with AT&T i had reliable internet speeds and the coustmer service was way better. Overall i am not happy comcast and wish i had never made the swich to comcast.

Comcast told me they would charge me 39.99 for basic Tv and internet, and "free HBO" For 3 months. I get the bill and it is 64.55. So I only send them 39.99 since that is what they promised. Next bill is 108.55. They charged me a bunch of late fee's and a bunch of nonsensical fees. I called to complain and all the lady does is reconfirm I owe 108.55 and refuses to drop any charges follows some *** script and doesn't bother to try and retain me once I said I wanted to cancel services. They straight up do NOT care about their customers and will fine any way they can to gauge you. Service was constantly slow and intermittent to boot.

39.99 is the flat price which in most cases don't include the taxes that come with the service. The other fees that they charge you are Modem Rental ( this ranges from anywhere from 5 to 10 dollars a month ), plus state and federal taxes which can range from 10 to 20 dollars a month on top of the service.

So seeing a 64.55 bill is not out of the ordinary. If you fail to make a payment on time with the full amount they will change you a additional 8-20 dollars as a late fee per billing session.

My cable and internet was having problems. Call was told because I had Comcast for so long devices we're outdated. I was told that needed New device that could be sent to my home if I installed it myself it would be free. Got te Bill was charge with installing it myself lie number one. Also my Bill crippled with fees and service did not have or ask to be added to my account. Call againspoke with rep who told me it would be taken care of lie number two. Paid the amount I ws told I owed. Bill comes in charge again for self installment and the old cable box I gave back by following instructions. Called agin gave tracking info as well as information that was ask for. Ask home much I owed paid the amount. Told was taken care of lie number three. Received another Bill still being charged. Called in but rep can't tell me what in being charge for, but was told my service would not be interrupted until matter was resolve lie number four. Service interrupted. Call again got hung up on twice and then was told my service was cut completely off. Spoke with another rep still can't give me an answer of why still being charged but only resolution is if I pay some more. At this point I'm done. Still no answer still paying for service I don't have or orthrized to be added to my Bill. Been with Comcast loyal forever and I'm now considering it's time to leave. I'm so frustrated by how I'm being tried.

Last sat I had an appointment no one showed up.... after talking to 45678899 people that didn't speak english finally found some to get me an appointment n had to wait another 3 days... the guys came out 4 hours before appointment time, hoked it up wrong n were completely rude to my family. Called tech support to see if they could help me hook up my internet over the phone n he said that they did it so wrong that he was unable to help me from over the phone n would send someone out within 24 hours. Today came n my appointment was 12 to 2 and no one called or showed up. When I called the comcast they said they showed up n said I was lying and that no one can come today it would be a few days. Dont do comcast.... such a terrible experience not to mention no respect for their customers.
