Each month we have had comcast it has declined in customer services...this month we called to make our already jacked up for no reason bill, for them to say they are charging us an extra 49.00 because our bill is 1 day late...which it is good until the 20th! Anyone looking for a decent cable service...steer far and wide from camASS!

Comcast in Troy, Michigan - Sales agent are Liars!

I recently visited the Xfinity store to get a kit for performance starter package. While giving my details to sign up, I was told by sales agent at Xfinity store (in Troy, Michigan) to provide Social Security Number (SSN) as it is mandatory to complete the application. And he assured me that there will not be any hard credit check. Yet there was a hard query on my credit score which resulted in a dip in my score. This is pathetic! Such a liar!! Also when i refused to pay $50 for installation saying I will do it myself, I was given faulty cables so I have to call a technician. This is highly unprofessional.

Comcast- the WORST company

Comcast has the most incompetent people working for them from customer service who ALL SUCK to technicians who can't hook up equipment properly. Where the *** do they find these group people?? Equipment not hooked up properly, defective equipment(boxes that don't work properly- from no picture daily to having a picture and no sound- both great when trying to watch TV). You call customer service to complain and your left on hold forever and a day and all they do on there end is send a signal- does that EVER really work because it never has for me. After multiple phone calls and complaints they tell me I have a defective box-so naturally the have to send a technician out which I get charged for yet not my fault I got a *** defective box, Technician comes out replaces it and surprisingly all was good until I tried to record something and couldn't. Of course have to call customer service and what am I told- I don't have a dvr recorder YET I had one previously and continue to be charged monthly for a dvr. The *** on the other end tells me- seriously- he tells me "this is an updated and better box" ( I just got there service 3 months ago- really updated box??). How is this a better box when I can NOT record and I could before?? Honestly no matter how good of a deal you think your getting I can PROMISE you it will NOT be worth the hassle and aggravation. So when I say RUN far away from Comcast- I mean it RUN!!! How does such a big company suck so bad and not even care? Have you read the reviews and better yet the BBB issues> in just 12 months 13407 closed complaints- Is this really a good company?? What a JOKE!!!

Comcast - Harassing me claiming debt through Credit Protection Assocation L P

I have been repeatedly contacted by mail by a debt collecting company hired by comcast called Credit Protection Assocation L P.They have claimed that I had a previous comcast bussiness account that was closed before an year, and I owe them $315 for unreturned equipment. I called comcast customer care team numerous time to resolve this matter, each time Comcast saying me that I dont have any debt!!.The last time the comcast support even gave me a confirmation code that I dont have any debt.. But, still i am getting these mails.i wonder how can they do such mistakes and pass on such informations to the debt collecting companies.
