for the last month comcast has failed to note that I canceled services and returned equiptment . the bill it outragious, I am currently with Comcast Essentuals and can only pay $10 month. I was goning have roommate move in and he transefered his service over then at last min didnt move in and we both had be on phone to cancel the service. he also returned the equiptment and for 1. I am the one getting billed,
2. its somehow under my name now, 3. its been over a month and still issues 4. now my own Internet has been disrupted due to the outragious bill.... even tho MY bill is up to date.
There phone reps dont care and they hang up on me like 2-3 times a day as i explain. its been number amount of calls in last 30 days and I'm PISSED!!!!!!
