Called Saturday to inquire as to why my bill went up $20.00. Was told we can fix that however did not inform me that I would lose the one station that we watch the most, Discovery ID.
Once realized it was gone next day called comcast and was told 'the package you had was a grandfather plan which we no longer have. Gave me HD TV which I dislike (does not look any different to me). Even when I called their HQ was told there's nothing we can do. The CS person did not inform of any changes just wanted me off the phone.
I have been with X or whatever they call themselves 13 years but will be gone before the 30 days are up.
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. CUT THE CORD!!!!
