Started with X1 right after Christmas - liked the 5 show promise; however they did not say anything about ALL the glitches like most of the shows that are recorded cut off the end of the program. Have to make adjustments to each and every thing being recorded.

Then that conflicts with having 4 tapings and 1 live, which is really just 5 ports. You can watch 3 live programs and only have 2 recordings. Also, when I set a series to record it only give you one option. i.e., standard/high def or a certain channel.

If the program is scheduled on several different channels, then you have to manually record each show.

I was advised to cut off the start and/or the end. There is no other solution. Each recording has to be manually set - what a waste of time.

Then after all this - dealing with service is a nightmare - ALL the time.

You get a different story with each and every person - they don't know what they are doing. Forget about a call back!!!

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Customer service.
