Comcast - Cable Service Review from Noblesville, Indiana
Comcast has the rudest customer service and the most inconsiderate people answering their phones..it is ridiculous..not only did we have to wait on hold for 30 min but when I asked to be transfered they said "ok you're transfered now what do you want" yet I was speaking to the same person. Yesterday we were on the phone for 45 min and got transfered to someone's voicemail. So when we called back it kept saying no one is available and hanging up on us even though it says online agents are available 24/7. I have never wanted to cancel my services with someone so bad.
