I am in indiana as well, and around that time was having issues with my pictures, even without the hd.....anyways, they told mena satellite in space that they use to get service was not working right and they were working on it

Comcast personnel obviously trained at DISH, bottomfeeders all. Rates escalated without notice. "Solutions" reps lie. To have equipment removed required 3 days and 15 phone calls. Their stuff is still here and I'm not paying one cent to these sleazoid crooks. Try the Clear TV mid-priced antenna unless you are a TV junkie. Works for me. No more monthly statement blood pressure explosions. An honest cable firm does not exist.

Comcast Voicemail Support

Sept. 12th. My mother passed away last week and I've been trying to get into my father's voicemail to change the phone message. I'm at his house today and i can't get access to the voicemail. It won't let me in to change the primary message. I called Comcast customer service and waited 45 minutes to talk to Tech Support and the Agent asked me for two phone numbers to call me back at if we got disconnected and I provided my Dad's home number, which I was calling from, and my cell number. the Tech Support Agent put me on hold, i got disconnected and they never called back. I called back and after waiting I was routed to some Agent named Troy, when I told him what happened, Troy, the Comcast Agent, hung up on me. Now I'm waiting on hold again for someone to answer and I am having trouble believing that I will get anything done today. Comcast has compounded the grief of my Father, having just lost his wife of 55 years, by denying us any semblance of kind, friendly or effective customer support. What do I have to do to get them to fix our voicemail. Comcast Reps have been disconnecting me and hanging up on me on this beautiful Saturday, wasting my time and my Father's time and it's making us very sad. Is this what we get for signing up for XFINITY? Do we get disconnected and hung up on while grieving the death of my Mother?

We had Direct TV but they were so bad, we decided to give Comcast a try. Big Mistake! How can they have trouble when it's stormy-aren't they underground? We didn't have any TV on Super Bowl Sunday with Direct TV and they suggested we get on the roof and clear out the snow from our dish. We didn't want to (we're old) but they said it was too dangerous for one of their technicians to do it. But it's OK for us?! So now, we have Comcast. The TV and Internet went out today. Do we get a refund? Of course not. We're completely at their mercy!

That's because you don't know how to pay your bills on time. If you weren't past due you wouldn't have wasted more time posting this complaint which I do have to say, makes you look like a ***.

If you're past due, they're not going to let you keep raking up a huge bill to avoid again once that PPV shows up on your bill.

You'd probably call in to dispute the charge anyway. Lol

Also pissed these idiots need.to be taken to the handicap Center! Got a modem today And villl be almost 2 weeks to hook Up! This is America people.... They hooked up with some *** from India. Couldn't understand a *** word she said.....then the *** I talked to at the office said oh it's easy to hookup... No it's not!!!!!! They can all got *** and Burn! I love my direct TV!
