Why are comcast customer paying for cable, internet, &phone for comcast employees? Stop giving your employees free cable, internet, & phone for free and our cable, internet, & phone will be lower. Stop let your customers pay for your employees cable, internet, & phone. Please retrain your employees to be a good customer service worker. They seem like they don't care when I called in and talked to them. When I called to cancel my cable and internet service the person I talked to sound like he didn't care I wanted to cancel my service. Its just seem like they are there just to earn there pay for the day.

I'm sure I will be switching to some other provider. Comcast is horrible. I "upgraded" to the new triple play. Well, it's actually a downgrade. I was sent a new cable box.....which doesn't respond at all.....and zero luck I had getting anyone on the phone to help. When you do get a hold of someone the Indian accent is so think you can't understand it. I'd have to actually pay for some sub-par technician to come out and try to fix it. And the internet, which was supposed to be "lightning fast".....well I've been sitting here right now trying to write an IEP for work and waiting 20 minutes for the *** page to load. I had better internet with my $50 belkin that I only had to pay once for. That device is going back in tomorrow and I will be switching to direct tv and my good old reliable router. Comcast.....you suck at customer service and you do not provide the services, speed, or quality that you claim in your ads. Thank god we have a free market system so I can choose someone else for services.

Agree that Comcast is the worst!!!! And they don't care because they own most of the networks. I lost internet connection and called them this morning. They took controll of my computer and told me I have attackers on the network. Foriegn ip addresses. They showed me the screen but I have no idea if the screen is staged when they take over. Apparently Comcast has no "network security" so it's not their problem. They transfer me to click4support to fix the problem for 300.00. They tell me that even if they fix they remove the attackers they can come back unless I block them with network security. 3 options from 400.00 to 1000. The whole thing sounds like a SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Unreleable COMCAST Internet Service

I switched to COMCAST Internet service about 9 months ago. For the first 2 months the service was good. Yet, in the last 7 months, there have been many interruptions. Sometimes, the service would be down for days. In recent weeks, I observed shorter but numerous breaks for 5 to 30 minutes, almost, occurring on a daily basis. When I complained to COMCAST, they sent a repair person who made some changes on the outdoor connection. That did not help. I got a new cable modem but that did not solve the problem. It is quite clear that the problem is with the COMCAST central office severs. It is also obvious that COMCAST cannot get its act together in delivering reliable and robust Internet service! I am seriously thinking of switching back to my previous provider, which was significantly more reliable.

I live in Southern NJ and we've been having the same exact issue. We pay for one of their higher plans because my husband works from home and highly relies on the internet.

In the past month or so, we've been having so many interruptions where our internet goes off for how many times a day...every single day. It's definitely not our modem because my husband makes sure he gets the best of the best when it comes to all his computer stuff. This is a Comcast issue. I know it is not just us because our neighbors have had the same problem.

To make matters worse, we just saw that they upped our monthly bill without letting us know and for reasons we don't even know why. What's the point of upgrading to their higher and better plan when the internet hardly works?? My husband has called Comcast twice and nothing has worked. They put us for the longest hold, tell us to just restart and refresh...nothing was resolved!

What sucks is that Comcast pretty much owns and has all the rights to our subdivision so we can't even get Verizon Fios or anything else. They seriously need to do something about this asap!

Comcast consistently fails to deliver

I have had Comcast for over 10 years (believe it or not, the best service in our area, ATT,Dish stink worse) I live at the end of their service line and have had horrible service for all these years. I have had over 100 service calls, to no avail. Whether it was analog, digital box, or X1 DVR platform, the same video and sound dropouts. Being an electrician by trade, I tried showing them the deficiency in their system( they need a signal line amplifier at the pole), but they wont fix it. Even their technicians agree that is the problem. The installers keep splitting the available ports at the pole, and now they are splitting 4 ports into 10; that wont work. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING COMCAST! The fast internet in cool , but that's all.

I understand what your saying you need help with this.Wanna move on to better services and for better value for money contact 877-709-3832 Reach Jordan Katzen.I was with these guys too Had the same issue.And on that day got a call from this guy informing me about at&t all the insight promotional services and stuff lol.i was so pissed i wouldve gone with anything he had to offer but he still gave me the best for my business.and he got got me the best package now i found out that i was paying way too much too these guys and getting *** services.He will help you move on to the best services and help you get the best possible package for money Im not joking this guy is Legit.He helps you get the best At&t package possible and you will be very impressed with the services.Good Luck

Comcast in Peoria, Illinois - OH MY GOSH IS THIS FOR REAL?!

this company is a joke, right? Or more like they think their customers are jokes! Ive been with Comcast for literally 2 MONTHS and ive had to return their equipments 5 TIMES ALREADY! I'm a nursing student and was without my internet for 4 DAYS!!! they said theyd credit me back 20$ and they never did! everytime I would check on the 20$ credit I would speak to a rep. who would tell me that the 20$ credit was never noted and given to me! these people are SO DISHONEST. ive spoken to THREE DIFFERENT REPS who told me they would credit me the 20$ but when I go to check on it, a rep tells me that it hasn't been applied! and when I ask to speak to a supervisor, they put me on hold and HANGUP ON ME! or I get put on hold for 15 mins and get sent back to the MAIN MENU! A representative who said he'd credit me back the 20 said he'd also give me channels for my trouble. the channels showed up but wheres the 20 credit?! HE EVEN PRETENDED TO BE THE SUPERVISOR!!!!!! NOT KIDDING!!! HE DIDNT EVEN CHANGE HIS VOICE OR PUT ME ON HOLD OR ANYTHING!!!!!IT WAS THE SAME GUY!!!! WHAT THE *** ***!!!!!!!!!!

Comcast in Romeoville, Illinois - Rude incompetent customer service cost me weeks of outage

After my Internet stopped working, I called Comcast. They told me to buy a new modem, which I did ($85). Still no wi-fi. A dozen of calls later--more than half of them dropped by Comcast--I still don't have my wi-fi, AND I am out of $85. Comcast "supervisor" has finally told me to go out and buy a new router ($119), but they wouldn't mend the lapse in service to date. The apparent lack of care in "customer care" is really disconcerting. It is like they literally don't care. And I have been a customer for ten years! Can Comcast's abusive, incompetent, rude, and shameless "customer service" degrade any further?

Comcast in Chicago, Illinois - Just Plain Horrible!

Currently stationed at Fort Campbell, when we moved on post I went to set up services with Comcast.. huge mistake by the way the wouldn't allow it I stood there for 2 hours and papers from housing proving we were the new residents because the old residents never turned their services off then we were quoted 89$ a month for 12 months . Well at 6 months we were paying our full price of what out package would have been after the 12th month UGh!The channels cut in and out during your TV show. :( you get 20 regular channels and the same 20 channels in HD and the charge out the *** for that.. we even lowered our Internet to snail speed and the monthly amount it's more than I pay for food every 2 weeks.. The customer service Is more than terrible. It sucks.
