I Sharlen went to Xfinity in Aurora co off of Mississippi and Havana. Customer sevice was not so good.
First off when I went inside, a spanish woman and a white woman we all three just looked at each other. Beacuse we didn't know what to do. Then a greeter came up to me and. I ssid first off bad custome service the he took my name.
And a associate helped me out. His name was Jacab I told him that. I am not very happy because I been on the phone with Xfinity trying to change my date. He said i can't do it we agued and he said he can't help me.
