When my mentally challenged brother moved to a group home, I ordered Comcast cable and internet. But instead of putting my name on the account they have my brother's, who doesn't even have a credit card.
I have paid the bill for 6 months now, but realized they are over charging him for InfinityX which he never watches. When I called to downgrade his service, Comcast refused to talk me because my brother is the only one that can change the service, since his name is on the account.
My brother has never spoken to Comcast and has the mental capacity of a 7 year old. I am my brother's legal guardian and faxed guardianship papers, but they still refuse to talk to me, BUT OF COURSE THEY WILL STILL LET ME PAY THE BILL!!!
