Here's proof that Comcast Customer services reps are liars. This is acual text from a Comcast rep:

Joevin: That is alright. Rest assured that I will place notes here on the account about your concern today. Also, rest assured that your services will not be interrupted now since you have made the payment today.

Needless to say Joevin lied, service was interrupted. This is not the first time Comcast has lied to me on various subjects. In fact it's about the 6th time. Please share this info with family and friends so we can stop the Comcast lying, scamming and thievery.

Product or Service Mentioned: Comcast Internet Service.

Monetary Loss: $500.
