Customer service is awful!Internet, TV and Phone service keep going out.

There is an outage in the area but no one knows anything about it. What can't they have the technicians put up to date info on the the website? Customer service is in the Philippines and they have NO idea what is going on nor do they speak English very well. I am switching as soon as I get me service back...good bye!
