On our latest saga with them we could not get them to resolve there error, we spent 10 hours and over several weeks with no results or returned calls ,, until we FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC. Results in less then a week and they were emailing us and calling us multiple times until they talked with us. After days and over 10 hours on the phone they. Of course they raised our bill, but working on that.
Good luck with a company who does not care. By the way don't ask for a stupidvisor, the agents do not like that.
