too many unsatisfactory times that the global customer service rep could not solve my problem and sometimes their English is so bad I can't understand them. My wife and I decided to change our mobil phone provider after nine years.

We wanted to go with comcast because we already have voice, tv and internet. When we found out the mobil service customer service would be the global service we went with a different company who still has usa customer service. I used to recommend comcast to all my friends and family until I started getting the horrable global customer service. Normally I will ask to be transferred back to to th4e u.s.a.

and they tell me they can't do that, yet one time when the rep decided they could not fix my problem after 40 minutes of trying, they connected me back to the u.s.

and the lady resolved my problem in less than four minutes. Global customer service may save money but it going to cost you.customers.
