Don't use Comcast!!

If it's possible for me to give zero star, I would give them a zero I have the comcast business for my phone and internet, they for some reason out of completely good weather and nothing happened have a phone outage, but the internet is completely ok. Most 90% of our business come from the callings of the customers, and I couldn't receive or call out any phone calls!!!!!! I have to pay my employees for today's work of nothing, and all the electricities I have to pay today, and the time I wasted!!!!! try to call their customer service that I would like to talk to, waited for over 30 min!!! listening to their *** comcast infos and couldn't get any live person answering!!!! this is the second time this happens listen to my warnings!!!! Don't use their phone and internet service, it's soooooo ***!!!

Comcast - Xfinity Home Phone Service Review from Norcross, Georgia

We moved in to our house on 10/26/13 Got xfinity at first. Then we saw our first bill for landline had a charge of over 400 dollars for one phone call to Asia on 10/23/13 Xfinity wanted us to pay the bill even after we proved that we weren't even in the house let alone the same state when the phone call was made. They have flagged our address and won't provide any service until we pay the bill for the call They know who the previous tenant is but Xfinity refuses to send them the bill So what's wrong with this picture? Can someone provide some assistance? One more thing they turned the charge over to collections under my name even though we weren't living in the house when the call was made.

I am trying to port 2 vanity phone numbers from bandwith to comcast since october 2014 and still it is pending nobody knows at comcast what`s going on. I got from 10 time call from 10 different people from comcast to fillup the letter of Agency we fill it 10 times they dont tell nothing atleast over a month then they call and say the LAO you filled is not right 2 lines is suppose to be filled on 2 different forms the person who send you the LOA did mistake he is suppose to send 2 LOA for 2 line

Cut Off Again by Comcast

For the past 3 months I have had to call customer no-service a total of 14 times. The major problem has been the free converter boxes that are needed to get channels 26 and above on oldr model televisions. They are continually looseing connectivity with the system and a call to custemer support is required to reboot them on their end. We have given up on trying to keep the 2 boxes with this problem going and have disconected them and they lay on the floor behind the TV's. What a horrible company can't even keep their own equipment working. And as far as their customer service goes, I wonder how they stay in business?? Comcast do us a favor and have the powers that be rob the company blind and go out of business!!!!
