Mansions can help fix this if they want to. Apparently, they are reluctant to do so.

You can go to your local town hall and complain to the supervisor or whatever they call the guy in your area.

Each cable company is licensed by the local municipality or whatever and the supervisor or his office can complain to Comcast and demand the open, above-ground cable be buried as required by ordinance---Comcast is ignoring the rules set by the local municipality. Stop calling Comcast and start complaining to the people who actually have some power over Comcast to enforce regulations.

If you can dial the phone to customer service, assume they know how to plug in the *** TV. When you tell them up front that you've turned the cablebox off then back on and all TV's in the house are having the same problem, and they still insist on walking you thru the list on their screens, you know the level of help you will get from their customer service professionals. After a lengthy spirited discussion, you finally get a service call appointment, for 5 days down the road. They say they are trying to improve customer service....Sure they are.

Xfinity/Comcast is by far THE WORST cable company in existence. This *** X1 box is always having some sort of issue and I would rather have my teeth extracted one at a time with rusty old pliers than deal with their customer service. They can never resolve anything but there is never an issue when it's time to draft my account for my monthly bill. I will be cancelling my services and will just buy an over-the-air antenna and watch local tv until I move out of Xfinity's service area. Everything about Xfinity is a joke and they should be shut the *** down! UGH!

Comcast - Worst Customer Service Ever

I have been put off, had my service CONTINUALLY go up and down for over year, paid for items I don't have for over a year, had a service tech call and tell me they would be at my home and then never show up and been openly and blatantly lied to by each and every "customer service" rep I have spoken too. Truly, flat out lies simply to make me stop talking and hang up the phone. I have never experienced such treatment. Comcast has a monopoly on my neighborhood and therefor I am stuck. When I am no longer stuck I will no longer be a customer.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FCC regarding my poor service. I am suggesting that you do the same. Also please take the time to contact the executives for customer service via email with these addresses.

Comcast are bunch of Thieves don't Trust them

I called on a letter offering fast Internet service for 19.95/month when I called I was told that it was 2.0 Mbps download speed which was no better than AT&T DSL for $42/month. I inquired about other offers and they said that since I was paying $156/month no contract they could offer me 109 Mbps for $161.98/month including the existing cable service and I thought that this was a good deal and took it. When my first bill arrived boy I was in for a shock not only did they charge me the $156/month but an additional $55/month for Infinity. When I called to complain first I was told that package was not available in my area, eventhough they had my address etc. When I insisted that they give me the package they made me agree to 24 month agreement and the whole thing costs me $173/month inclusing taxes etc. Remember I was told that it was 161.98/month including taxes.

I thought home internet service was unlimited???? Since when has there been a usage cap on home Internet?? I have been paying at most 164 dollars for internet I have not been satisfied with. My house has a basement, main floor, and a second floor. I cant even connect to the Internet in the basement or the second floor. I called for some answers and the most they could do was resetting my modem - which solved NOTHING. And when I asked why I was charged an additional fee of at most 40 dollars the representative couldn't tell me what the charge was for. She just wanted to transfer me to the technical department when I explained to her clearly that I spoke to them right before the technical department transfered me to the current billing department. Does it make any sense that the billing department does not know why I was charged extra?? And when I called back I believe they've blocked my number or something because it hanges up after I put my information in to the automated call message. OUTRAGED. Now I am DONE with this *** and want to stop my services but they wont even pick up.

Comcast has disconnected my service 3 times without calling me despite having my phone number on file. I filed a complaint with the PSC and the resolution rep has not attempted to call me when I told him I was available. While we've been playing phone tag comacast has cut me off again without calling me. In all 3 voice messages, the resolution rep never told me my service was in danger of being disconnected. I just paid prior to my complaint to restore service. How is possible to be disconnected again so quickly. Do not do business with this company. They have lousy customer service

They are the biggest ripoff I've ever encountered. They want to charge for equipment and services that have been connected months ago.........don't buy their services! You'll be sorry if you do! Comcast has got the worst customer service..... try and call and all you get is "I'm sorry but that is a different department" then you wait on line like forever and half the time it disconnects.

I've even tried their "live chat" and in the middle of the chat got a phone call from the chat analyst who told me to exit out of the chat room and then he hung up on me........

Comcast lies and misleads

Inside BestBuy, Comcast rep offered Infinity triple play for 99$mo, saying to call in a year and prevent price increase to $119 (saying it was against BestBuy policy to offer promotionals which later go up). After installation difficulty, technician offered Showtime and HBO "free for my trouble". After a year, Comcast jacked me up to $179 (instead of $119, telling me I was lied to by the salesman, and they had no cheaper offer for near equivalent service.) Comcast customer service told me to contact salesman but could not give me correct contact information. Beware of Comcast deceptive salespeople and technicians!

Rcently offered triple play. Seemed like a good deal.

Specifically asked three times what installation fees were because spread over 12 months that might mean no money saving. Was told there were none. Techs came out. Told me needed new outlet for $29 and okayed that.

Then got bill and found $70 additional in installation fees. Called Comcast and was told I okayed when i didn't review the pink slip the techs left. That's true but that's not a good way to do business Comcast. Min my mind you just went from a company that finally had its customer device issues and tech issues in Houston resolved to a lying, deceitful company.

But hey, it's only $70 right?

Well you will be getting $70 times 100 worth of bad customer to potential customer pr from me. Hope it was worth it to you.

FTC hits Comcast CEO Brian Roberts with $500,000 fine. So what he makes over 30 million per year.

Brian needs to reread the Comcast code of conduct where he tells employees he will not tolerate dishonesty from us. Why is he on Obama's jobs council? He should be fired. Do as I say, not as I do.

Obama's slogan about "change you can believe in" should really be "the more things change the more they stay the same".

It's worse being an employee. At the Lynnwood, WA call center a fat sup named Kim Edwards sent an email requesting off the clock work. We are winning a class action lawsuit against them.

Our lawyers are experienced and successful at winning this kind of case and we have the evidence.

Comcast thinks that hiring a Perkins Coie lawyer will intimidate us. It just proves that they know they are going down and have a lot of money to waste.

Comcast Does Not Honor Contracts

Comcast Will Not Honor Their Orignal Sales Contract at a Fixed Rate And Try to Add on Aditional Charges, When Asked About This They Their Agents First Swore Up & Down That It Was Just the Taxes & When I showed Them Specifically Where the Error Was in My Bill & In My Monthly Pricing Plan Then They Put Me On Hold Only to Come Bac with the Idea That it Was Then That They Raised the Price of My Modem And That Was Not Covered Under My Monthly Charges, But My Sales Agreement Says Otherwise And Does Cover & Include Inrternest, So That Just Doesn't Hold Up. Service Has Been Lousey, No One Ever Answers the Phone or Gets You to the Proper Departments. They No Longer Reply to My E-Mails, I Have Had 2 Cable Boxes Stop Working On Me in the 4 Months That I Have Only Just Had the Service, Their Personal Sales Representive in My Neighborhood Is Absolutely Worthless, Does Nothing for Me That He Promised, Nor Does He Even Answer or Respond to My Calls Half the Time, and When He Does, He Just Tells Me I'll Have to Call Comcast About That. Absolutely Worthless & the Bundles Are Nothing More Than ... Lies & Complete Scams !!!

Always take your problems with Comcast to the FCC.

Law requires Comcast respond to the FCC with copy to you.

Filing a consumer complaint is free. However, you still may not get the problem resolved to your satisfaction.

At least you can cost them some admin time and postage.

Plus they most likely have a lawyer review the response.

Cost them as much as you can!
