It's odd that when you call to cancel and they say it's cancelled, it's not actually cancelled. I just got a letter in the mail from the so called executive customer relations. She tells the FCC that they do not deal with accounts that are passed due. My bill was not passed due in anyway before I called and cancelled. She also states that she had attempted to call me and email me numerous times only to get nothing in return. That's where the lie continues, the last call I recieved from comcast was about my wifi somehow mysteriously reaching their ridiculously low cap, in just 8 days. How? Especially when no one was around or home at the time to use the internet. But that call was back in November. The last email I had gotten was in December and I had answered that one. So, how do they justify this? By telling the FCC that my account was disconnected for non payment. So that's what you call canceling? Comcast is a corporation that needs to be taken down and disbanded for the lack of customer service, *** equipment, excessively raising bills, and for their "don't call it a cap" data cap.

Comcast - Xfinity Cable Review from Douglasville, Georgia

Details
Xfinity service was very poor and I've been with Comcast for years; despite the pressures from direct tv. We didn't receive all of our equipment, schedule appointments not recorded in Xfinity system. Which means no cable for the holidays. Of course return call or emails. This has been going on for three weeks now and counting. I have an idea for a new Commerical; where the consumer repeats his personal information over and over to the customer service Dept no avail.

Comcast review in Douglasville, Georgia: Over charging, hidden fees and Lies, lies, lies

I entered into a 2 year contract with Comcast to avoid a price change. I am never ever late paying my bill. To my surprise, they placed erroneous charges on my account. When I contacted customer, I was routed to a third world country where they barely speak English. Then after being placed on hold for 1hr and 37 min I looked up the number for the executive office. Spoke to Matt who had no clue as to the day to day operations or billing for Comcast. Matt was unsympathetic and not really concerned with my call. Very aggressive and argumenetive. I was simply promised a return call and nothing else. I think Comcast has gotten to big for it's customers. I know of a few other companies that got to big for there customers and they do not exist anymore, MCI, Blockbuster just to name a few. Comcast get your *** together or disappear.

Comcast lied to me again and again. I bought the triple play for 139.00 right 2 weeks later my bill is 325.00 I call them they tell me I will only be charged what I was Quoted 3 times.

MY bill is still 325.00 so I canceled and now they want to give me a fee for that.

IT IS BAIT AND SWITCH AND ILLEAGLE. class action suite, is called for.
