Incorrect billing, refusing to credit mt accoubt until i pay incorrect amount. The most *** company i ever delt with. My community pays my badic cable my bill has hd..and my 1 yr locked in rate of internet went from 29.99 to 44.99 in 4 months. I HATE HAVING COMCAST. I set up a payment to be paid on a certain date, i received the email of the agreement but on that date i choose my service was cut off 24 hrs later and the money is sitting in my bank. Called on line support only to have an agent give me a number that i called only to hear "you have called after business hours and please call back again". I'M PISSED

Poor customer service and they will not truely work with customers. I made arrangements to pay my bill of $96.07 but paid $100 instead but for some unknown reason they still turned my service off. This problem happened once before and after inquiring "their" mistake was found and service restored without any care. Now months later here i am again with same problem. What good is it to make arrangements if its not going to do any good., service off again, nobody will answer the phone, forced to go all weekend without service when I did pay as directed. I dropped the payment off on Thursday the 3rd now on Saturday the 5th service off but why? Horrible attitudes and horrible services. Please fix problem and advise how you plan to resolve these types of unnecessary issues in the future.

EVERY DAY (AND MANY DAYS MORE THAN ONCE) I HAVE TO REBOOT THE TV SERVICE BECAUSE OF A MESSAGE THAT THE X1 IS EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES AND CHECK BACK LATER. EVERY DAY THIS HAPPENS AND MORE THAN ONCE (AND IN GOOD WEATHER). I HAD TO SPEND $1,000 TO GET A WIRE INSTALLED IN MY HOUSE IN ORDER FOR MY INTERNET TO WORK PROPERLY. THIS IS AFTER THE COMCAST INSTALLER, THE BEST BUY PEOPLE AND EVERY ONE WITH EXPERIENCE WITH COMCAST EQUIPMENT SAYS IT IS INADEQUATE FOR ANYTHING BUT SMALL HOUSES AND APARTMENTS. I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS TO GET CHARGES OFF MY BILL THAT I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR (AND THE SALES PERSON AND HIS SUPERVISOR AGREES WITH ME) BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. THIS IS A DIS-FUNCTIONAL COMPANY THAT CAN'T STOP SIGNING UP NEW CUSTOMERS TO TAKE CARE OF THE ONES THEY JUST SIGNED UP. I AM FED UP.

Comcast - New customer

My initial interaction with Comcast was unprofessional and incompetent. I had to talk to 6 people before they got me to the right person, who solved my problem. They also lie to customers saying they don't see the promotion for the new customers, when it is on their website in front of me still valid!!! This is not a good service. If you have so many employees, who can't solve the problem why do you still have them? Some of them don't even tell me they transfer me to someone else. If you want to have a good reputation, you should make customers feel good about the product and service. Otherwise, it is not worth the money! Thanks

Comcast in Atlanta, Georgia - Lack of transparency in billing

They've done it again!! Who else runs promotions and then stops them and doubles the charges?!?! Why have the promotion at all! And, I get a charge for a "speed increase" when the speed, per the customer service representative, is EXACTLY THE SAME!!! They don't actually improve anything, they just charge more for it. They know the consumer has no option but to use them, and price-gouge like crazy. I WISH I had a decent option besides them!! And, I get a poor connection to Mexico to deal with my situation, someone who really can't help. Comcast never tries to help their consumers, they just keep on giving *** service and charging more and more.

Comcast Xfinity Review from Atlanta, Georgia

Comcast is by far, hands down the worst service o have EVER delt with. E-V-E-R!!!! We have their "bundled" package. Which since installed in August (after switching service to our new address only to find out they switched it to the wrong address) has not functioned from day one. We've spent endless hours on the phone with customer service. Not a single day that cable, Internet & phone were in service. Yet they continue to bill is for full service at $160/month. No word to describe this incompetent loser for all aspects of their service.

was called by a customer service representative in July 2015, stating that she would lower my bill to $79 per month to prevent me from cancelling my service with Comcast/Xfinity. My current bill is $129 monthly. I accepted the offer, and accepted the verbal disclaimer the Xfinity representative read me over the phone, to confirm that I understood the terms and conditions of the offer. Two weeks later I received a call stating that my account was being disconnected. I phoned Xfinity, and they advised me to send an email to the Escalation department. I spoke to a lady by the name of Janeary at 615-874-7482. She advised that she would try to help me.We played phone tag due to I work during the day. I asked her to leave me a message if she was able to help. She never returned my call advising she was able to reverse the error and honor the billing quote I was quoted. I want $258 refunded on this bill, as I had to pay that to get my Cable/Internet service back on. When I accepted Xfinity $79 offer from the initial representative, I cancelled the set up appointment with Direct TV. I am upset. I cannot afford this monthly payment, nor can I afford the $258 I paid to have this service turned back on. This is bait and switch tactic that Comcast uses to place their customers in desperate situations. I am unemployed, I need internet, and I need help.

Xfinity/Comcast

Xfinity is not the future of awesome. It's the beginning of ***. The service was totally misrepresented. Have had it less than a month and now looking at a 6th visit from a technician after spending hours on the phone working for Comcast trying to fix my problem. What we were told we were receiving was totally misrepresented. I assume this is part of their sales training program. Get your foot in the door, assure them they will have everything they had before for less money and when the consumer figures it out, they'll just say oh well and let it go. Not to mention that Comcast randomly sent me 2 huge boxes of equipment not needed, it was my responsibility to return unwanted equipment to the Comcast store. What a nightmare. Thank goodness for the Marines.
