Comcast - Customer Care Review from Atlanta, Georgia

Comcast is the worst company on this planet. They have the worst, most non-educated people answering calls. One rep will tell you one thing and another rep will tell you something different...and neither of them be correct! The wait time to speak to someone is well over an hour only to have to speak to someone else because the first person doesn't know what they are taking about. By far, Comcast is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure in paying. This will be my last month dealing with them. Never again.

Comcast - Customer Service????

Cancelled my account on July 12th because we were moving across country. Got a receipt for the equipment that I returned and was told not to pay the bill because a revised bill would be posted reflecting the shortened month of usage. On 19th I checked and the old monthly bill still showed so phoned again and was told that the final bill was for $61.68 which I immediately paid. On 22nd checked and noticed that they had billed me for the balance of the month plus an additional month. Phoned again and was told to ignore that bill, the $61 amount was correct. Checked again on 25th - still showing higher bill. Called again and was told that $61 was correct. On 5th August received a paper bill for $139.53, checked online and that is also showing $139 amount. Called and was told I had to pay an early termination fee which was $130 even. He had no idea why I had not been told this in my previous 4 conversations with Comcast except maybe the Comcast employee didn't want any aggravation on the phone and maybe just wanted me to go away!!!!! He did acknowledge that had I not followed up, eventually they would have put a collection agency on collecting the money!!!!

Billing issues with Comcast

I have been a Grandfathered customer with Comcast for about 7 years this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All you get is lies and I have never had the same bill twice or consecutively in a row with the same amount (never) I truly believe they pull a number from hat and say here's your bill this month its has been just awful. I literally need to take a nerve pill before I make the call to Comcast knowing at some point I will be cut off or when I select 2 for if you have a billing question and then the phone goes dead. I have emailed the customer care and got nothing but lies. They never want to put the information in writing so you can have a valid fight when you call back. No worries Comcast because I'm shopping to get rid of you. Sign had just enough
