I tryed to make payment for July I signed up for two yr deal for 223.00 or so . I ordered a ppv fight I've been making little extra payment on bill. Also a fifty dollar payment . I went to pay my bill it's saying I owe three hundreds I don't think so . Would like to make paYment but not that amount . I'm awRre your company charges a month in advance so I cut bill in half & I get 262 & some change . Times are tight .!!

Do Not Believe Comcast Sales Over the Telephone

Comcast called me on the telephone and said that my charges would be $69.99 for two years if I agreed to a two-year contract. My next bill was for $87.99 plus taxes. I called customer service and they said that they have no record of anyone promising me a new rate and that there was no way I could prove it. They did, however, tell me I will locked into a two-year contract paying $87.99. All they said is that I should take advantage of their additional services and pay an even higher rate. They lied. They are crooks. Do NOT make a contract with Comcast over the telephone!

Comcast - Modem Review from Atlanta, Georgia

I spent 45 minutes on the phone with comcast CS in PI only to be told I needed to drive to my local Comcast office and get a new modem. Venus who tried to help me obviously was not trained and kept asking me to try the same procedure. I pay for technical service at my home but that would take 3 business days. My son works out of my home on a wireless computer. Why does this company have such terrible customer service? I totally missed my "survey" call as Venus was still trying. It was a joke!!!! Pissed COMCAST customer!!!

very poor customer service... i have called, dropped messages online... all to no avail. mY comcast internet and tV was installed on tuesday jUne 16, 2015 but with a faulty remote. tHe representative by the name -Glenn left his number and promised to get a remote that works for me. i have been calling glenn's line and he aint picking up. Comcast called to find out how the service was and i told them it was poor and since then noone has come to sort the issue. am heavily pregant and cant keep bending down to change the tV channel. i think at this point i want out...comcast come and un-instal your TV...without recourse to me.

Comcast in Atlanta, Georgia - CAble out since WEd.,05/13/2015,Told no tech could be there until 05/18/2015.

Called on Wed. 05/13/2015 told them cable & High speed internet out. Scheduled appt. for 05/18/2015. Called 2nd time to see if could moved it up since I could not believe in a city as large as Atlanta metro there were no tech to do it any faster. They said they would put a note saying if there was a cancellation they might be able to move the appt. up. Called 05/14/2015 when found out the cable next door has been cut the day before by the Gardners. Since it is a condo complex called to see if that would have an effect on our cable since we are the unit before that one and the cable crosses our sidewalk. Got same run around. It time to dump Comcast.

Comcast in Atlanta, Georgia - Customer service is worse than incompetent.

None of the customer service representatives are correctly informed or able to access information across departments. Waiting time is ridiculous and the customer is continuously fobbed off to another representative to yet again repeat the same details adnauseam . I'm astounded at the complete breakdown of any actual functionality when dealing with their most important assets...the customer. This is an astonishingly poorly run organization. A pathetic , arrogant and greedy company with about as much integrity and appeal as pond ***. Cancelled the service. (And I use the word service sparingly.) I run a small business, if I treated my customers with the disdain Comcast has then not only would I be ashamed to call myself a businessman but I'd be out of business very quickly indeed...and deservedly so.

Comcast - Internet Service Review from Atlanta, Georgia

I despise Comcast. I was paying them $200 a month from a $99 package and that was not enough for them. I only have Internet at $44.95 now. Now my bill is $70. I started serice from the 15th to the 14th of the month yet my bill date is the 30th. They want me to pay ahead for service. One day past the 30th, I get hit with a late fee of $10 and they cut my service and charged a reconnection fee$5-10 plus and of course my modem fee, $10. This started in February. Since February only had 28 days, I paid on the 3rd, so in reality I was only 1 day late. So sick of them. I heard some laws are about to change so they are getting every last dollar they can. When there is a viable alternative, I will never do business with this company again.

Comcast pathetic customer service

Worst customer service ever!!!!"Retention" department did NOTHING to correct my ever changing bill.Funny how it always changes for the worse. I wss sold a package with fairly basic cable, HBO and Showtime for 72.99 a month locked in for a year. My bill was wrong the first month. I complained and the retention department got it "down" to 77.99. $5 more than the agreed upon amount. I accepted their offer to keep from going through the painstaking process of changing companies.The bill went up $5 more each of the next two months! More phone calls.....more promises of resolving the problem...then...I received my 4th months bill. $232.91!!!!! The pathetic, inept "Terrance"in the retention department offered to get my bill down to $102.28!!! Why couldn't he at LEAST get my bill back down where it was????? Pathetic, unprofessional, inept, thieving, lying, buffoon! Thanks to Terrance (who wouldn't put his supervisor on the phone) I have already changed companies to Direct TV. I will never do business with Comcast again unless they are my only option.
