My tv freezes all the time. I am paying a fee each month to keep things running smoothly.
I called today to ask a technician to come out and check the tv and box. The man I talked with in "Customer Service" went over some things with me. He said that if they sent out a tech and it wasn't the cable, there would be a charge. Are you serious?
What are we paying the fee for? He was assisting me in diagnosing the problem.
I am not a trained tv technician. Comcast does not have decent customer service for problems.
