They try to completely scam you inflating the bill and even if you go to the service center pay and "fix things" they charge you 400$ a month inflatiion fees!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!! On top of that I work from home and THE INTERNET IS SO SLOW!On top of that they lie about promotions then when you get them they're different! Go direct! They always add secret charges that they don't tell you about and their sales tactic is completely manipulating!One month it's 300$ the next it's 400$ and that's no premium channels!! I can not believe that they're getting away with this! it's the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Comcast is punishing me for unscubscribing to its Xfinity TV product

I signed up for a promotion of Comcast's Xfinity internet/TV product. It was cheaper than buying their Blast internet service, alone. I paid $70/month and the internet service was good and I could consistently load gmail's standard email service. I never hooked up the TV service. At the end of the promotion, I quit the TV product and suddenly my internet service became terrible. I can only load the basic service gmail describes as for "slow connections," and I cannot even load that product consistently.

I called this morning at 9am with a request to have a technician come out to fix our telephone lines. Our phones are dead. I was told that a service tech would be out by 530pm. Well a tech showed up at 345pm but he was here to fix our internet..?? We never called about a problem with internet. So, the tech informs us that he does not have the parts to fix our phone system (he needed a modem) The tech says no worries, someone will be out soon. I meant that to mean today.. Wouldn't you? Not feeling very confident i called in again and your customer service department has our issue closed!! Fixed!! Really? Now i am being told that I will have to wait another day for service. What I am really angry about is the tech telling me someone would be here soon when he knew that they really weren't coming at all.
