No TV for 9 days now | Comcast review from Jacksonville, Florida

My TV lost it's signal 9 days ago and Comcast supposedly has been "working hard" to fix it. Every time I go to the outage page they have a new time set for it to be fixed, and when that time comes this info disappears or a new time is set. This has been going on for days and days and I'm really, really pissed off. My sister says I should switch to Verizon, which I might well look into. Comcast, YOU SUCK.

My mother in law is in contract that can not get out. This is the worst cable company ever! We have had to call Comcast several times this year to be able to watch our programs. Not only cable but internet service. Very disappointed. It is always a problem in the area and they take too long to fix it.

Issue still not fixed when I originally filed this complaint these guys are brutal incompetent, they came by 4 times 3 * late afternoon when thunder showers were occurring this is Florida they do it on purpose so they don't have to do it management should be ashamed of themselves the wiring on a pole still looks like a ghetto Comcast can kiss my *** I've had five back surgeries I can't climb that pole these guys come by and taking a ladder off their van just so exhausting what a bunch of stiffs
