I opened my bill today to see it was $30.00 more than usual. I called CS and was told that it was because of directory assistance charges.
I am like what.. we don't even use the house phone as everyone has cell phones.
I logged in to Comcast Account to see that these directory assistance calls were made in the middle of the night, 2:30 am etc. I can assure you no one is calling 411 in the middle of the night in my household.
They are *** and I am switching to Verizon the internet with Comcast is always dropping too.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $33.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Suck.
