Rather than recount my experiences in initial installation (I'm sick of even thinking about it) I will simply say I've been lied to, jerked around, spent 18 hours working on the issues by going to the local office twice and spending hours on the phone talking to people from all over the world. I still don't have the services for which I originally purchased.

Simply installing the service has proven to be a task that makes moving here from 500 miles away seem tame in comparison.

If you have any other options, explore them first. I would have altered my choice of neighborhoods simply due to comcast.
