I bought a cellphone from comcast about a month ago. I dropped it and broke the screen on it I had insurance.

They said i didnt. And so it went for over a week and i didnt have a workable phone! I dont have a land line and i cant count the phone calls I made about this and would be routed multiple times before I finally would get someone to help me. With each rep being more rude than the last.

I finally got just as ugly as they were and I sent an email to the head of customer service in the US! Only then did I get a replacement phone. I have seen their commercial about how they were trying to get better serving their customers.

But they are not acheiving their goal. I am just waiting to finish my contract so i can move elsewhere
