The X1 equipment is the worst we have only had it 3 months and we have to call about problems all most weekly and there automated system is the worst I have ever had to try and use you say your having issues with TV and it wants you to reset your internet password Comcast is the worst cable provider we have ever had and when our 2 year contract is up we will never use them again they need to go to Chattanooga and check out EPB they have good equipment and excellent customer service and there automated system works like it should you say representative and it gives you a representative it won't ask 20 questions and still not get it right
