I apparently signed a 3 year contract with comcast for my restaurant. We had to close after 13 months and now they want a $4500 early termination fee.
We returned all the equipment in working order. I use Comcast at my other restaurant and 2 residences and they would not work with me.
I repeatedly tried to call comcast but they never returned my calls and gave the bill to an outside collection agency. Comcast refuses to help me with this matter and does not care I do business with them.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $4500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Lack of integrity, Billing practices, Lousy unreliable service, No attempt to try and please us, Do not understand project requirements.
