In January, 2017, a Comcast employee came to our house to switch out our modem. After he left, our security DVR was missing.

It was next to the modem that he switched out. We filed a complaint with Comcast and they told us they would give us a credit on our next bill for the amount that it would cost us to replace the DVR. Two weeks later we received a letter stating that they asked the Comcast employee if he took the DVR and he said no so they were denying our claim! They are idiots!

If we had a choice, we would use someone else.

So disgusted with these people and their horrible service. Don't leave a Comcast employee in your home unsupervised!
