For few years now lost out on so many new customers (patients in my business) due to *** "digital voice" service. Made mistake of signing up for long-term program with digital voice and internet service bundled.

Phone service and accompanying voicemail is just bad. They say it is a problem on my end though I have paid a lot to have my phone system and setup checked out by several professionals over a couple of years now to prove this is not even the case---even bypassed the system for few months to see if it was the phone system here. I am sure some people are happy with their service, but I am not for the service to my office is BAD, BAD, BAD. And I am locked into the contract for over another year before it is over.

As a side note, the Comcast internet service is petty darn good. Next time I will likely keep the internet from Comcast and switch the phone service over to ATT even if I do not get a bundled-service discount.
