Comcast is the worst cable company.I can not tell you the amount of hours i have spent with billing issues and technical problems.

Most recently, i canceled HBO to lower my bill. No one informed me that this would "unbundle" my services, actually raising my bill by more than $50 a month! Now, i call and they tell me there is nothing they can do!

i am told to call "customer loyalty" who alsosay there is nothing they can do.I am only loyal becuase i have no choice, there is no other options for cable in my area.

Monetary Loss: $180.
