Don't waste your time calling "customer care" because they don't. They just want to read you a script and document the call.
NOTHING gets resolved. Be very concerned if they say "I'm going to accelerate this!". That is just a ploy to get you off the phone. When you call back, even with a case number no one has any idea what you are talking about.
I have no prejudice concerning offshore tech support. BUT, they should know the language.
The English word courtesy means doing something your are NOT obligated to do. When they offer a one time deal as a "courtesy", that does not meet the contract you are paying for that is not a courtesy, it is an insult.
