As the title says, do yourself a favor and never sign up for Comcast, we lose our internet and home phone connection so many times throughout the day it's unbelievable. Called customer service hoping to resolve this but all they say is it's fine on their end.
Right from the start it's been a nightmare, we went in to their store in the Springs and spoke with Josh who came up with a pretty good bundle, we asked if this was a special deal and the price would change...oh no, the price will not change, all of a sudden our bill increased by $35, was told this had in fact been a special and now the bill is more, thank you for that...made a complaint and the extra was taken off one time but am stuck with a higher bill now.
Customer Service is a nightmare, most reps are rude and abrupt, plus you can hardly hear them so they get impatient, one had me unhook all cables them asked more questions and as I'm not that computer/tech savvy and asked what that was, she became so abrupt and rude, raising her voice, told her to speak in a better tone but who wants to go through all this!
Have signed up with Century Link and cannot wait for Comcast to be gone, never do business with them!
